Robyn Winters, M.A., is a Career Strategist with more than twenty years’ experience. She guides individuals who are unemployed and/or underemployed to enhance their job search skills and present themselves to hiring companies as their #1 candidate of choice. Her career services include writing resumes and cover letters, building and maintaining networks, interviewing, negotiating, and developing a professional brand.
Robyn works with displaced workers, transitioning veterans, recent college graduates, people who wish to change jobs or careers, and those returning to the workforce. Through customized career development options, she helps people to conquer obstacles and develop a strategy that transitions them to the next phase in their career.

Robyn has worked as a business/career coach for hundreds of individuals, and has conducted training programs for corporations, non-profits, and educational institutions that include HSN, USF/Morsani College of Medicine, SOCOM Career Transition Series, Cornell University, LifePath Hospice, and American Express.

With marketing and branding expert Ken Banks, Robyn is the co-author of two books on branding: BrainBranding ~ Activate the Brain, Stimulate Your Brand*, and BrainBranding ~ The Manual*. Each of these books provides the techniques and hands-on tools to develop a distinctive, memorable brand – one that resonates with the 4 distinct ways that people make buying decisions (their Buying Style).
Robyn holds a Master’s Degree from Wesleyan University, and for 15 years was an adjunct faculty instructor at Cornell University’s School of Management in New York City. She is a member of the National Speakers Association (NSA) and Business & Professional Women (BPW).
